Garrett David Harrell, Jr., a native New Orleanian, was born December 18, 1990 to Kimberly and the late Garrett Harrell, Sr. He passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 in an automobile accident in Vinton, La., at the age of 33. Garrett grew up in Boscoville where he continued to live.
