Ronald Daniel “Ronnie” Snow Sr., age 87, of St. Bernard, Louisiana, passed away peacefully on May 9, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. A native of New Orleans, Ronnie spent much of his life in St. Bernard Parish, where he raised his family and built lifelong friendships before retiring in Mandeville, Louisiana. Ronnie was a talented jazz musician whose love for music touched many throughout the years. He was also a proud member of Sheet Metal Workers Local #214. Beyond his career, Ronnie was a man of many talents who found joy in creating sculptures and sketching. His creativity, humor, and passion for the arts left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. He is survived by his devoted wife, Iris Snow; his brother, Sidney Snow; his daughters, Cheryl Snow Dippold (Marty) and Melissa Snow Mc-Daniel (Michael); his sons, Benjamin Baughmen (Tammie), Ronald Snow Jr., and Richard Pitcher; and his sister, Carmen Snow. Ronnie was also the proud grandfather of Leanne Levron Hawkes (Jason), Lynsey Levron Delaune, Levan Levron Jr. (Joelle), Robert Agnelly III, Derrik Caballero, Elnora Caballero Cincotta (Joel), Macie Baughmen, Ronald Snow III, and Marty Dippold (Mindy). Michael Dippold. He was blessed with 16 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his nephews, Robert Snow and David Snow, and his niece, Lori Snow. Ronnie was preceded in death by his mother, Elnora Dainello Giorlando of New Orleans, Louisiana; his father, Daniel Snow Sr.; and Felix Giorlando Sr. of New Orleans, Louisiana. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Felix Giorlando Jr., Daniel Snow Jr., and Edward “Eddie” Snow. Ronnie will be remembered for his loving heart, artistic spirit, musical talent, and the deep love he had for his family. His legacy will live on through the many lives he touched and the memories shared by those who loved him. A celebration of life will be held, date pending.
