Gwendolyn Marie Everage entered eternal rest on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at the age of 71. She was a native of New Orleans, La., and a resident of Arabi, La. Gwendolyn was a graduate of George Washington Carver Sr. High School. She was a former employee with the Seattle Convention Center as an event aide for 12 years. Beloved daughter the late Clarence C. Everage, Sr. and Emmerite Kelly Everage. Sister of Pamela E. Devezin, Lesa D. Everage, Clarence C. (Gwendolyn) Everage, Jr., Larry D. (Leslie) Everage, Michael A. Everage, and the late Barbara Jean Everage. Aunt of the late Danielle K. Everage, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also priest and parishioners of Our Lady of the Sea Catholic Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Visitation at 9 a.m. and Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Sea Catholic Church, 1835 St. Roch Ave., in New Orleans, La., on Saturday, May 18, 2024.
