She was born in New Orleans, LA on August 07, 1974 to Evangeline (Minnie) Ruiz and Amos J Ragan (deceased). She was raised by stepfather Donald (Pimp) Ruiz. Loving mother to Erika, Darrian, Kassidy Davis and son Jude Morrison. Cherished grandmother, 'Maw-Maw', to Amari Austin. Granddaughter to Almena Casbon (deceased). Survived by her siblings Tammy, Stacey, Amy, Michael, and Randy Ragan (deceased), estranged husband Darrell Davis, Nanny Patricia (Pat) Patcheco, and friend of 5 years, Gerald Joseph. She was also a beloved Aunt to several nieces and nephews. She was a loving mother, sister, aunt, cousin, daughter and church member. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Celebration of Life honoring Robin Ann Ragan at The First Pentecostal Church of Chalmette, 2015 Palmisano Blvd, Chalmette, LA 70043 on Saturday, March 7, 2026. Visitation will be from 9:00am-10:00am with a service at 11:00am.
