Local Vietnam War Veteran Receives Quilt of Valor

St. Bernard Parish resident, Vietnam War Veteran, and President of the Vietnam Veterans Chapter 550 of St. Bernard Hilton Preau was recently presented with a Quilt of Valor from the Quilts of Valor Foundation.
