Rosa Dilia Saddy of Poydras in St. Bernard Parish, La., passed away on July 17, 2023 at the age of 97. She was a native of Masaya, Nicaragua, born on April 28, 1926 to her late mother, Mercedes Ramirez. Rosa is survived by her children, George J.
