Paul Adrian Dykes passed away on Friday, December 22, 2023, at the age of 66. He was a native and a longtime resident of Baton Rouge, La. After 25 years of service, Paul retired from Blue Cross/ Blue Shield of Louisiana as Executive Vice President, then opened and owned The Cat House in Baton Rouge.
