Joycelyn P. Blanchard passed away on Monday, October 16,
2023 at the age of 86. Joycelyn is the mother of Ralph Blanchard Jr., Henry J. Blanchard Sr. and Diane M. Blanchard, and the grandmother of Ralph III (Bubby), Henry Jr. and Trina. Joycelyn lived in St. Bernard Parish before Hurricane Katrina and has since resided in Madisonville, La. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Fun…
