Joseph Charles Roman, Jr., passed away peacefully on January 19, 2024 at the age of 89 in Baton Rouge, La. He was born in New Orleans March 28, 1934 and lived most of his life in Chalmette, later relocating to Baton Rouge after Hurricane Katrina. He was the son of the late Joseph C.
