Frank J. Alphonso of Slidell, La., passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2023 at the age of 81. Frank was born December 11, 1941, to John and Julia Alphonso. Frank grew up in St. Bernard Parish and New Orleans. In October 1963, he married Margaret Mary Tekippe. After Hurricane Katrina, the couple moved to Slidell.
