Edna Fay Lafrance Erwin, a gracious wife, mother and teacher; passed away peacefully on December 30, 2023 at the age of 94. Born in New Orleans in 1929, Fay graduated from SLI (now ULL) at 19 and began teaching, first in Plaquemines Parish then Orleans.
