At their “Breakfast for Children” event held at Docville Farm, Valero donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to local nonprofits around St. Bernard Parish. In total, $350,000 was spread out among 8 donation recipients. Included within these donations was $90,000 given to the Community Center of St. Bernard, $90,000 to the Family Violence Program of St. Bernard, $30,000 to Exceptional Athletes of St. Bernard, $30,000 to the St. Bernard Autism Awareness Krewe, and more.
