St. Bernard Business and Professional Women’s Club will hold it’s annual Bell Ringing Ceremony on July 4th at the Liberty Bell located on the Parish Government grounds in Chalmette, LA beginning at 4:45 PM prior to the St. Bernard Salutes America celebration.
