Quynh Phan was recently recognized by the Louisiana Board of Regents as an Excellent Future Educator. A UNO Residency 2 student in Mrs. Randall's 2nd grade class at Joseph Davies Elementary School, Phan was nominated by her professors in the Department of Education at the University of New Orleans for her excellence in the classroom.
