    The St. Bernard Sheriff’s Office presented its “Refuse To Be A Victim” lecture Wednesday, Sept. 18 in the Sheriff’s Office Training Center in Chalmette for members of the St. Bernard Chamber’s Women’s Professional Network.

    The two-hour class was presented by Lt. Eric Eilers, supervisor of Community Relations, and Chaplain Dep. Aaron Johnson.
