Edgar 'Frank' Wibright passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday, August 28, 2023 in Chalmette, La., five days before his 83rd birthday. Frank was born to the late Martha Dunn Wibright and Harry Allen Wibright on September 3, 1940 in Kingstown, Ks., and was lovingly raised by June and Elwood Klevinger.
