Members of NARFE Vernon N. Landry Chapter 1398 came together on July 12, 2023, to celebrate their 12th Anniversary since reforming after Hurricane Katrina. It was a wonderful day spent enjoying camaraderie and some delicious eats at Rocky and Carlo’s Restaurant.
