Elaine 'Lainie' LeBas Hauler passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at the age of 73. She is survived by her husband, John Hauler, and daughter, Shannon Hauler. A New Orleans native, Lainie grew up in Arabi and lived in Chalmette and New Orleans. Following Hurricane Katrina, Lainie moved to Baton Rouge, where she lived until her death.
