Elsie Nunez Smith passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at the age of 91. Her final days were spent surrounded by her family and friends. She was the cherished wife of 59 years to the late Charles “Chuck” Lee Smith. Elsie is survived by her brother, Allen J.
