There's fun for all ages at the Orange Festival. Orange you going to be there?
The Plaquemines Parish Fair and Orange Festival is held at Historic Fort Jackson in Buras. This year marks the fort's 200th anniversary. There will be a regiment of Civil War re-enactors who'll be demonstrating firing cannons and more. There will be tour of the fort and a presentation on the history of the fort on Saturday, December 3 only. First tour starts at 12 p.m.
The public is invited to attend the free 76th Anniversary of the Plaquemines Parish Fair and Orange Festival this Saturday, December 3, and Sunday, December 4 at the Historic Fort Jackson in Buras.
