The Joseph Davies Elementary Pelicans hosted a Thanksgiving Food Drive from October 13 to November 10. The students collected over 500 non-perishable food items and were able to make 13 Thanksgiving food baskets for needy families in the Davies community. Turkeys were also donated. Each family received a turkey and a basket filled with non-perishable food items. We are so thankful and proud of our Davies Pelicans for making this food drive such a huge success.
