Donald was born in New Orleans, LA to the late Martin J. and Katherine Ludwig on September 6, 1948. Beloved husband of the late Regina Melan Ludwig. Loving father of Kandy Ludwig (Gary) and Donald Ludwig, Jr. (Bobbie). Proud grandfather of Jonathan Ludwig. Beloved brother of Martin Ludwig (Marie), Mary Lauro, Julia Genovese (Stan), James Ludwig (Patsy), Danny Ludwig and Nancy Keim.
