Council Members Approve New 'Council Governance Manual'

In total, $350,000 was spread out among 8 donation recipients. Included within these donations was $90,000 given to the Community Center of St. Bernard, $90,000 to the Family Violence Program of St. Bernard, $30,000 to Exceptional Athletes of St. Bernard, $30,000 to the St. Bernard Autism Awareness Krewe, and more.

SBSO Continues Search For Missing Violet Man

The St. Bernard Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help finding a 35-year-old Violet man reported missing by his family, Sheriff James Pohlmann said.Melvin Lewis Jr. was last seen at a family member’s residence in the 1900 block of Bridgehead Lane in Violet on Nov.
