  • 25 Years Ago: Squeals, howls and giggles were all part of the fun at St. Bernard Parish Library’s third annual Halloween Party themed “Happy Hauntings.” The parties were held at the Ducros Library on Tuesday, Oct. 26 and the Chalmette Library on Thursday, Oct. 28. There were free trick-or-treat bags, treats and special surprises for everyone who attended.
