St. Bernard Sheriff’s Office Receives Donation From Valero For Drone Program

The St. Bernard Sheriff’s Office recently received a generous $14,500 donation from the Valero Chalmette Refinery to support its drone program, Sheriff James Pohlmann said.
Drones are an essential tool used by the SBSO for search and rescue operations, disaster response, crime scene documentation, and enhancing situational awareness during critical incidents.
