    Council members Patrice Cusimano and Ryan Randall, along with representatives from the Parish President’s Office, joined the St. Bernard Chamber of Commerce and Executive Director Rhett Pritchard on Friday, September 19th, for a ribbon- cutting ceremony celebrating the grand opening of Royalty Discount, located at 8700 West Judge Perez Drive, right next to GameStop.
