  • St. Bernard Sheri 's O ce Capt. Ryan Melerine graduated March 13 from the 293rd session of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia. In addition to classroom training in things such as critical incident leadership, crisis negotiations and essentials for law enforcement leaders, Capt. Melerine also participated in and successfully completed the FBI's grueling physical challenge component called the "Yellow Brick Road," a 6.1-mile Marine-designed obstacle course.
