The St. Bernard Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested a New Orleans man in connection with the theft of a construction Bobcat valued at approximately $45,000, Sheriff James Pohlmann said.
David Leonard, 50, of the 7700 block of Mercier Street in New Orleans, was booked with theft over $ 25,000.
