At their February 7 St. Bernard Parish Government (SBPG) council meeting, the council unanimously approved a resolution expressing their support of a Plaquemines Parish ordinance that “prohibits any Plaquemines issued permit for authorization, construction and/ or operation of any Mississippi River Sediment Diversion Project.”
