  • Rep. Mike Bayham, along with St. Bernard Parish ocials, dedicate a portion of LA 39 to former businessman and long-time elected ocial Lynn B. Dean, who passed away in 2022 at the age of 98. Dean's family and friends were also in attendance for the dedication.

    State Representative Mike Bayham, DOTD Representatives, Parish Council members and the family and friends of the late Lynn Dean gathered near the border of St. Bernard and Plaquemines parishes to dedicate part of St. Bernard Parkway (LA 39) after the former businessman and long-time elected official.
