On Monday, June 10, the Port of New Orleans published a press release announcing that they have received $230.5 million from the Louisiana legislature and Governor Jeff Landry. This funding covers a wide range of port activities, but a significant portion of this funding is designated for projects in St. Bernard Parish and the Louisiana International Terminal (LIT).
