Louis Pomes was born and raised in St. Bernard parish, and has resided here all of his life. A cattleman by trade, Louis has the largest herd in St. Bernard.
He has worked for the parish government for over 40 years, and served under six parish presidents, working in every department over the years, even serving in the number two spot as chief administrative officer.
