AARP Chapter 3926 welcomed guest speaker, Guy McGinnis, St Bernard Parish President, at their October 28th Membership Meeting. McInnis discussed the parish's budget, decrease of two fire stations and other government issues. The group enjoyed his visit and wish him well on his upcoming retirement.
