Nunez Community College Culinary Instructor and American Culinary Federation New Orleans Chapter 2018 Chef of the Year Chef Ruth Varisco and Nunez’s Culinary students will join an all-star line-up of local restaurants with tastings at the Pelicans and Pearls Gala on May 19.
The Nunez Community College Foundation Board invites everyone to celebrate and support the college by taking part in its annual Pelicans and Pearls Gala fundraiser on Friday, May 19, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Docville Farm in St. Bernard Parish.
