From March 23 through March 26, the annual Louisiana Crawfish Festival was held around the Frederick Sigur Center in Chalmette. For four days, residents of St. Bernard Parish—and those from all over Louisiana—were able to enjoy food from local vendors, live music, eating contests, carnival rides, and buy arts and crafts as well.
