The Vietnam Veterans for America (VVA) organization in St. Bernard Parish, Chapter 550, is the local branch of a nationally based non-profit specifically dedicated to military veterans that served in Vietnam. Hosting chapter meetings, a variety of commemorative events, and fund raisers, VVA Chapter 550 seeks to support and care for the Vietnam veterans within St. Bernard.
