Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries enforcement agents successfully rescued two stranded boaters on Feb. 3 in St. Bernard Parish.Agents received a call around 6:30 p.m. about two elderly men that were out fishing when they became stranded in the Delacroix marsh. Agents were given an approximate area, but could not contact the men by phone because their cell phones were dead....
