I have been in a cookie mood. Sometimes that cookie will hit the spot on the run, sometimes it sits on the saucer with a cup of coffee, and sometimes it goes with you in the car on the way to anywhere. It is a dessert unlike a piece of cake or pie which expects to be served with a fork and a plate. It is different from ice cream which needs a bowl and a spoon. A cookie is fun and free spirited....
