On Monday, October 27, members of the St. Bernard Parish Government joined state officials with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) to hold a ribbon cutting ceremony to announce the 'substantial completion' of the $47 million Green Bridge Rehabilitation Project. This project was paid for through a mix of state and federal funds.
