COUNCIL –
The first St. Bernard Parish Government (SBPG) council meeting of the year was held on January 6 and saw council members go through a fairly light agenda with all the actionable items on the agenda handling fairly routine and mundane matters. Even so, council members still had plenty to talk about due to the agenda item for discussion of “ongoing odor concerns” occurring in the parish....
