Classic Vichyssoise

Serves 8 

Directions:

• 4 leeks

• 2 medium onions

• ¼ cup butter

• 5 potatoes

• 1 quart chicken broth

• 2 pints Wanzer half & half

• ½ pint Wanzer Special Heavy Cream
