As we begin the new year, we generally make some attempt at new year’s resolutions. For the most part many of the resolutions do not last more than a few days. Quitting smoking ,drinking less alcohol, improving your diet, and exercising more are all ideas to preserve oneself with your health. It is difficult to hold the straight and narrow on some years long habits but we must try.
