SEAFOOD
The annual 4-H cooking contest was recently held at Docville Farm. Club members prepared a variety of dishes in six categories: seafood, sugar, beef, poultry, egg, and egg dessert. Dishes were scored on taste, recipe, appearance, and food safety. While judging was taking place, 4-H’ers participated in activities led by 4-H Jr. Leader club members.
