The guest speakers at the July 27 AARP Chapter 3926 meeting were Ericka Scott and Krystina Dominique, representatives from St. Bernard Eye Care, Dr. Dennis Muller Optometrist office. Dr. Muller's office was asking for school supply donations for low income families of St. Bernard .

Chalmette resident Robyn Hays joined her friend Talia on a trip to Pensacola, FL on July 19 for a parasailing adventure.The girls both celebrated their 17th birthdays this summer and have been best friends since they were three years old.
