The St. Bernard Autism Awareness Krewe donated sensory bags to the St. Bernard Sheri's Oce and the St. Bernard Fire Department to help first responders better assist individuals with autism or sensory sensitivities. Each bag includes calming items like noise-reducing headphones and fidget toys. The initiative aims to promote understanding and readiness when supporting neurodiverse individuals.
