  • St. Bernard Parish Government recently held a ribbon cutting at Reunion Park Playground in Violet. The playground was recently completed to the delight of neighborhood kids. Parish resident, Kaiden Daigle, cut the ribbon while President Pomes, Assessor Jaylynn Bergeron Turner, Councilmembers Fred Everhardt and Amanda Mones watched on. Amenities include a full size basketball court, playground, swing set and picnic tables. Hours are 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and the address is 2405 Reunion Drive.
