Access Health Louisiana’s St. Bernard Community Health Center was recognized with a proclamation for making the community healthier during the April 21st St. Bernard City Council meeting. The health center has served as the parish public health unit since 2011. It is located at 8050 West Judge Perez, Suite 1300 in the medical building next to Ochsner Hospital.
