Winston Ho, an independent historian and published writer specializing in modern China and Chinese American history in New Orleans, will be the speaker at the Tuesday, May 5, Plaquemines Parish Historical Association meeting. The meeting is at the Belle Chasse American Legion Hall, 104 Hunt Street, and begins at 6:30 p.m. Non-members are always welcome.
