William Vance, Sr., was born on October 15, 1945, in New Orleans, La. He recently passed away on March 23, 2024 at Golden Age in Denham Springs at the age of 78. William worked for the St. Bernard Parish Sheriff's Office and Express Courier. He also served in the Army National Guard.
