  • St. Bernard Sheriff James Pohlmann was honored at the August 1 St. Bernard Parish Council Meeting for serving 40-years in law enforcement. Parish President Guy McInnis, along with Parish Council members, spoke during the recognition, thanking the Sheriff for his many years of dedicated service to the citizens of St. Bernard Parish. Sheriff Pohlmann was joined during the celebration by members of the St. Bernard Sheriff’s Office, as well as his family and friends.
